We are seeking a passionate Property Projects Officer with a strategic mindset and passion for community outcomes to oversee the delivery of capital and maintenance Projects outlined in Council’s Capital Works Program.

Property Projects Officer, Property Services

* Full Time Contract position offered for two years
* You will coordinate new and renewal projects for Council owned facilities including community halls, sport and recreational facilities, libraries, public amenities, offices and cemeteries.
* Management of operational property maintenance and compliance requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Tertiary Qualifications in project management, construction or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering building infrastructure projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Experience in engaging and consulting with the community, contractors and external organisations.
As part of Adelaide Hills Council’s Safe Environments Policy, a current Working with Children Check, and undertaking Child Safe Environment Training every three years, are requirements of the position.
A valid National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the Council’s requirements will be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position.
