Role: Quality Assurance Officer Salary: £23,795.20 Location : Macclesfield Hours: Full-Time (Part-Time will also be considered) You know what good customer service looks like. You’ve worked in a call centre or customer service environment before, maybe in a financially regulated industry. You’ve been on the front lines, but now you want to be the person who makes sure things are done right. We need someone to step into our Quality Assurance Officer role and make sure that the interactions between our staff and customers are the best they can be. You’ll be the person promoting good outcomes, ensuring compliance, and helping us stay on top of our regulatory requirements. What you’ll be doing Assessing calls, analysing trends, giving feedback, and making sure our team sticks to the policies and procedures. If there’s a pattern of things going wrong, you’ll spot it, figure out why, and help us fix it. What you’ll need QA experience – You’ve done this before. Maybe you’ve worked in quality assurance, or in a role where reviewing work and giving feedback was a key part of the job. Customer service experience – You’ve spent time in a call centre or customer service role and understand the customer journey. Experience in a regulated environment – You’ve worked in regulated environment before, and you know how important it is to get things right.
