Role Purpose: As Senior Account Manager – Brand, you will play a dual role, balancing the pursuit of individual revenue targets with delivering exceptional account management for 72Point’s valued clients. This position combines sales acumen with operational excellence, ensuring a seamless client experience while driving new business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Meet and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing project delivery, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal teams to meet expectations. Sales Administration and Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress in the CRM system (salesforce). Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activity, ensuring visibility for the Commercial Director and wider team. Support the administrative side of sales operations, including contracts, invoicing, and following up on client communications. Collaboration and Contribution Work closely with internal teams across 72Point to ensure seamless delivery of services and campaigns.
