9am - 5pm
Hybrid: Monday and Tuesday office-based, three days from home
Salary: £23,400 plus bonus

About the Role:
As an Administrator, you will provide assistance to our team of expert mortgage and protection consultants to ensure that our customers' cases are progressed in a timely manner.
Main Accountabilities:
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team in providing effective and comprehensive support throughout the application process.
• Fully vet and assess the fitness and propriety of all recruits who are requesting registration.
• Manage the joining of the network for lead generators, introducers, and introducer appointed representatives.
• Amend current advisers' details for dual roles and transfers.
• Fully vet and approve adviser and introducer applications in line with FCA requirements.
• Ensure that decisions made consider the impact on the customer and demonstrate TCF, particularly in line with Consumer Outcome.
• Assess new applications in line with network processes and procedures.
• Review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references covering the last 6 years.
• Complete and review due diligence searches for individuals in line with network processes and procedures.
• Conduct an overview of current and past financial standing.
• Complete required network-specific contracts and letters, including adviser contracts.
• Ongoing assessment of individuals' training and competence journey throughout the approval process.
• Review and assess DBS documents.
• Liaise regularly with applicants, AR Principals, and Regional Sales Directors.
• Maintain and input application details into Broker Services Workflow.
• Ability to vet and approve different types of applications in line with network processes and procedures.
About You:
You will be highly organised, computer literate, and trusted to work with minimal supervision. The Administrators look after a fast-moving and ever-changing caseload, so you will be comfortable shifting priorities and working towards tight deadlines.
Prior administrative experience is required; however, property and mortgage experience is not essential.
Must have good Excel skills.
