Location: Braintree
Salary: £30k - £33k per annum + monthly bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)

We are working alongside a reputable company, based in the Braintree area, who is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their growing team. If you have experience in management and building relationships with customers and clients and are looking for a new challenge - this could be the role for you!
As a Customer Account Manager, you will need to be an effective communicator with the ability to maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day management and relationship building of international customers.
2. Drive volume growth through our existing customer base by seeking and developing all opportunities that are the right fit for our business.
3. Identify, research and deliver any new business opportunities that fit the business strategy.
4. Have a full understanding of all assigned customers as well as a strong product knowledge of both our branded and entry level business.
5. Understand and work within commercial restraints of our entry level range.
6. Observe order patterns and report all unexpected changes to relevant Sales Manager.
7. Arrange and attend overseas exhibitions with support of Sales Managers.
8. Support with admin and ad hoc tasks.
9. Act in accordance with all company policies and rules as detailed in the company handbook.
10. Undertake any other appropriate duties as requested.
Qualifications/Experience required:
1. Experience as an Account Manager, managing multiple client/customer accounts.
2. Reasonable standard of general education.
3. Strong sales experience.
4. Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
5. Excellent telephone skills.
6. Good IT and administrative skills.
