If you are thinking about taking the next step in your career, then this might be the role for you We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active, and self-motivated individual to join the UK Sheet Plant Division as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. As a natural 'people-person', you will thrive on networking daily with existing and potential customers to support the administrative process for our Plymouth site by being our point of call for our customer base. Working closely with Sales and Site teams across the business, being organised with fantastic attention to detail is vital to this role as you will ensure all process information and reporting both internally and customer facing is accurate and updated as needed. This role is a central part of our site team and deals with lots of different information, so being able to interact with a variety of stakeholders and internal partners is key to being successful in this role - no 2 days are the same You will also be liaising directly with customers so a perfect role for a natural people-person. So, if you have excellent attention to detail, have experience of working within a customer facing role and fancy a new challenge - then we might be looking for you About you Relevant customer facing experience - ideally within a B2B environment.
