We are currently working with an exceptional SEN school in Sutton seeking a Senior Teaching Assistant to join their Post-16 class. The role involves supporting students with autism, severe learning disabilities, and/or significant social and emotional challenges that impact their ability to manage daily activities.

The Role
As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support Post-16 students with autism, severe learning disabilities, and/or social and emotional challenges.
Lead lessons and manage a team of Teaching Assistants.
Assist in delivering a holistic curriculum that prepares students for adulthood and independence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have experience as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Senior Teaching Assistant.
Have expertise in supporting students with autism and severe learning disabilities and/or social and emotional difficulties.
Hold an enhanced DBS check (clean record).
Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
