The Role of Customer Service Manager
* Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
* Continuously improve customer service operations, streamlining processes for better efficiency
* Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipping
* Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey
* Monitor service metrics, analyse customer interactions, and implement improvements
* Oversee HR duties including one-to-ones, performance management, and holiday requests

* Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within a product-led industry (B2C and B2B)
* A natural customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, even in challenging situations
* Ability to implement digital services to improve efficiency
