Role Overview:
The HR Business Partners play a key role in supporting Senior HR Business Partners to deliver the people strategy in line with the wider business plan. Reporting to the Head of HR, they provide guidance and coaching to business leaders, focusing on supporting the people side of organisational design and ensuring smooth transitions during people-focused change projects. They also help implement key priorities from Centres of Excellence, such as reward and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support business leaders and Senior HR Business Partners in designing and delivering people-related changes.
2. Create organisational design plans and assess people impacts.
3. Provide expert advice on people and organisational development changes.
4. Manage job evaluations and salary offers with input from the Reward team.
5. Handle out-of-cycle salary and headcount requests.
6. Use people metrics to inform recommendations and ensure HR systems are updated.
7. Collaborate with Finance to align changes with budgets.
8. Work with Employee Relations to support consultation processes and develop communication materials for proposed changes.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced, multi-site HR environment who can communicate effectively, using clear storytelling and data insights to build a case for change. You’ll need a proven track record in leading people change initiatives, experience advising on complex employee relations issues, and working with employee representative groups. A solid understanding of UK employment law, talent management, and reward principles is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships and influence others. Familiarity with Workday, MS Office, and other HR systems is also important.

Work Hours:
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
