Housing Officer (Allocations)
Location: Berwick, Ashington or Durham.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £36,047 per annum, inclusive of car allowance (including April 2025 pay award).
Closing Date: 29th April 2025 at 5PM

We are looking for an experienced housing professional with a customer-focused approach to support tenants in meeting their housing needs, ensuring they have a safe and comfortable place they can call home.
About The Role
As a Housing Officer in the Tenancy Management or Allocations teams, you will provide excellent customer service for tenants, delivering a range of housing management services, from allocating properties to monitoring tenancies.
Although you will predominantly work in either the Allocations or Tenancy Management team, flexibility is expected as the service requires.
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management. Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset are essential.
