These areas offer a vibrant, community-focused environment where you will not only provide vital care, but also help our clients maintain their connections to the places and people they love. Your Role: As a Care Assistant with Right at Home Tyneside, you’ll be doing far more than just fulfilling a role - you’ll be improving lives every day. Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our clients, ensuring they can live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. You will also help with meal preparation, housekeeping, and social activities, all while promoting a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Whether it’s assisting with a simple task or providing companionship, every action you take helps to enhance the quality of life for those in your care. In addition to personal care, your role will include helping clients with social visits, days out, medication administration, and other daily living activities. The relationships you build with your clients will be meaningful and long-lasting, as we believe in providing continuity of care with recurring shifts and assigned clients. About You: You don’t need previous care experience to thrive in this role - what’s most important is a passion for helping others and a desire to go above and beyond.
