My client is a family-run business who are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for their busy Aftersales department.
What we are looking for:
* A customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with clients
* Has attention to detail and is organized
* Enjoys being part of a team
* Parts Experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
* Knowledge of automotive parts would be desirable
* Kerridge/ADP/DMS experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
The Role:
* Serve walk-in customers, answer the phone and liaise on email
* Take orders from customers and supply parts to the workshop
* Source and allocate parts
* Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure the best possible service is being achieved
* Monitor Stock
* Help with stock-take when required

Working pattern: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm plus 1 Saturday in 4
