We are seeking a reliable room attendant. These are entry level positions with full training provided. There are regular bus services to the hotel from both Edinburgh City Centre and Livingston. Skills and Experience: Good interpersonal skills. Excellent Communication skills. Team Player. Adaptability, and Customer Focus. Ability to communicate with all guests. A basic level of English (preferred). Specific Duties: To service bedrooms, using cleaning materials and equipment as instructed by the Executive Head Housekeeper. To remove any lost property left in the room, and give it to the Executive Head Housekeeper. To renew any guest supplies to the correct level. To report any damaged and missing items and maintenance faults to the Executive Head Housekeeper as soon as possible. To clean corridor areas within the section, or complete any other tasks as allocated by the Executive Head Housekeeper. To carry out other duties as required, to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
