A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading south west law firms as an Executive Board Secretary. In this flexible and highly autonomous part time role you will work in a key support position to the company’s Executive Board ensuring the effective organisation and coordination of meetings, management of actions, and facilitation of communications. What you will do: Organise, attend, minute take and ensure the smooth running of fortnightly and extraordinary in person Executive Board meetings Handle all Executive Board communications Prepare reports and presentations Experience and skills you need: Discretion and confidentiality Professional communicator able to effectively handle stake holder relationships Highly organised in relation to document, diary and deadline management Ability to work autonomously Excellent typing and IT skills including proficiency in various Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, OneDrive) The role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and ambitious firm with a clear vision for growth. We adopt a hybrid working approach and other than meeting attendance, work can be completed remotely or in another of Coodes offices subject to agreement. Hours We are pleased to be able to offer flexibility with regard to working hours within the following parameters: 21 to 28 hours over three to five working days a week Alternate Tuesdays there is a requirement to work 9am to 5pm in addition to quarterly attendance at all day (9am-5pm) business owner meetings.
