Salary: £31,990.40 - £47,028.80 pa (£15.38 - £22.61 P/hr)
Newly Qualified Social Worker: £31,990.40 - £36,004.80 pa (£15.38 - £17.31 P/hr)
Social Worker: £38,001.60 - £42,244.80 pa (£18.27 - £20.31 P/hr)
Senior Social Worker: £43,555.20 - £47,028.80 (£20.94 - £22.61 P/hr)
** Based on an average 40 hours per week**

The Role:
1. Conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments.
2. Support families experiencing a range of complex difficulties.
3. Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
5. Support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
6. Have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Our Ideal Candidate will:
1. Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England.
2. Either have or be willing to complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.
3. Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy.
5. Be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
6. Be knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory.
7. Work as part of a team - bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
8. Be willing to learn and go the extra mile.
