Job Description When our Care Professionals are introduced to a client it's the beginning of a bond. We ensure that this initial meeting feels personal. By the time our Care Professionals meet their clients, they know a bit about them and understand the things they enjoy doing - ensuring they are fully trained, prepared, confident, and have an understanding of the client's unique needs. Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Help with washing, dressing or bathing. Companionship and well being support Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework Helping your client access their community by accompanying them for a drive or walk, shopping or appointments. We understand that valuing our professionals goes beyond training; it encompasses a holistic approach to their wellbeing and satisfaction: Competitive Pay: Earn £12.30 from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £13.50 for evenings & weekends, £27.00 on Bank Holidays. Consistent Client Interaction: With a minimum of 1-hour calls we ensure continuity in care. Various hours - including every other weekend off.
