We have a great opportunity for a Supplier Assurance Administrator to join our Procurement Department. You will be responsible for: Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in all areas regarding supplier assurance, typical subject matter being : Qualified Supplier List Approval process Communication of HSQE information to supply chain Audit activities (Internal & external) NCR Processing Ability to deputise when directed on behalf of the Supplier Assurance Manager Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in help drive Supplier Performance Monitoring practises with the various project teams Underpinning knowledge required of fundamental procurement practises, including working knowledge of P2P process within existing & future ERP systems (Currently COINS) would be advantageous Deputise and assist where required in other procurement administrative functions such as PPE orders/cost administration. About you 5 GCSE Grade C or above. General experience of purchasing goods/materials including purchase to pay processing (P2P) Excellent administration skills, specifically around maintaining records/database management Rail/Civils Construction knowledge Working knowledge of HSQE requirements/obligations around PPE Accounts Payable experience Good proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power BI and other office applications.
