Main duties of the job
This is an opportunity for an experienced behavioural scientist to join an established team applying behavioural analysis and intervention design to important and interesting NHS challenges. These include health prevention, the use of digital health technologies, and improving the working experience of busy NHS staff.

Person specification
Qualifications
* Educated to postgraduate degree level in a behavioural science discipline; or equivalent work experience of working in a behavioural science role.
Knowledge and experience
* Knowledge and experience of applying behavioural science concepts and frameworks.
* Experience of leading behavioural science projects to fix real-world problems, or to make practical policy recommendations.
Skills
* Skilled in mixed methods research, including observational and experimental methods.
* Able to identify areas where behavioural science can make a positive impact, and to gain the confidence of policy leads to make use of behavioural science expertise within their programmes.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in an intuitive way to a range of audiences.
