We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to provide expert leadership in the design, implementation, and governance of IAM solutions. This individual will collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to align technology solutions with organisational needs. The Role Evaluate existing IAM architectures, toolsets, and processes, and develop a strategic roadmap to optimize identity and access solutions. Design, implement, and oversee IAM technologies and processes in response to evolving business needs and cybersecurity threats. Act as a key reviewer for IT and business projects that require IAM integration. Develop and maintain IT and cybersecurity policies and standards related to IAM to promote operational efficiency and mitigate risk. Produce detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation to support IAM initiatives. Oversee and manage third-party service providers responsible for daily IAM operations. The Person Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering roles. Expertise in managing and architecting solutions for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Management. Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, HashiCorp, or BeyondTrust. Ability to engage and collaborate with senior IT and business executives, aligning cybersecurity initiatives with broader business strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
