* Directly oversee a team of 8–10 legal case managers, conducting regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to support both individual and team development.
MI Analysis & Implementation
* Utilise MI to guide strategic decision-making and optimise service delivery.
* Identify trends and areas for improvement, then implement action plans to enhance efficiency.
Work Allocation & Capacity Management
* Ensure workloads are balanced across the team and that deadlines are consistently met.
* Monitor overall capacity and resource requirements, adjusting as necessary to maintain productivity.
Client & HR Management
* Address and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain up-to-date HR records, including absence tracking and performance logs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with other teams and senior leaders to share insights, align on objectives, and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence.
Ideal Candidate
* Team Leadership Experience: Demonstrable success in leading a team within legal or other professional services.
* Performance-Driven Mindset: Capable of motivating teams to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at handling complex or sensitive discussions.
