You will assist the Data Delivery Manager in implementing & continually developing stakeholder engagement models that support collaborative work to identify and prioritise high value data & reporting requirements that solve key business questions. Location : We have people working all over the UK in a range of office locations as well as offering flexible home working (travel to an office expected circa once a month for team days as a minimum). Continuously deliver quality requirement specifications based on robust business analysis techniques and models, producing reporting wireframes in co-ordination with stakeholders. Assisting with estimation of resourcing that support practical delivery timescales and communicate these back to stakeholders. Accountable for the delivery of solutions though all development life-cycle stages within agreed timescales and managing & maintaining a central live log of progress for both stakeholder (Data Delivery Portal) & internal (ADO) use. Support governance processes such as maintaining and updating a central business rule repository with logic defined & agreed in the captured specifications. To be a point of expertise in Centrica & national GDPR guidelines, particularly in the processing, storage and sharing of Personal Identifiable Information, assisting he business in completing Personal Information Assessments where needed. Assisting in the development of front-end solutions which could include new or amended data architecture, curated data solutions or new / amended reporting (inc. Self-Serve solutions). What we need from you: Experience of working with large enterprise data sets that support growth and efficiency within a large company. Expert in documenting complex, detailed data & reporting requirements. Demonstrable understanding of system / database structures & processes and use of reporting tools (such as PowerBI) to meet identified business questions & needs. Understanding of coding (for example SQL or Spark) would be and advantage, but not essential. Desirable to have some knowledge of data governance guidelines & processes (for example GDPR). Proactive approach with excellent stakeholder engagement & management skills across all levels of business (from directors to technical experts). Ability to work across a portfolio of projects at any one time within a deadline driven high-pressure environment. Our customers come from all walks of life, and so do we.
