Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Struthers, Ohio
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Overtime Rates:
* Saturday: Overtime rates apply
* Sunday: Double time rates apply
Shifts Available:
* 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
As a general laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the operations of the company. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and products
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment.
* Performing assembly, sorting, packaging, and labeling tasks as required.
* Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
* Reliable and dependable.
* Good attendance record.
* Previous experience in a general labor or warehouse environment preferred.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, often up to 50 pounds or more.
* Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
* Excellent physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and a focus on safety.
