You will complete audits, dip tests and checks within the department in line with business plans work alongside the business assurance team to target future change proactively by utilising key data reporting be the central resource for contract management, setting up new suppliers, raising payment requests, receipting payment requests, and investigating third party payment issues act as a data protection ambassador and actively manage any GDPR and SARS requests support complaints team during busy periods, including supporting coaching, case closures and reporting needs You have knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry functional experience within a business operations environment, with working knowledge of GDPR and key data protection principles, as well as compliance audit expertise excellent project management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills strong analytical and interpersonal skills an understanding of key change management and change governance principles About SSE SSE has a bold ambition - to be a leading energy company in a net zero world.
