In line with its growth objectives, the company is now seeking to appoint a Group Quality & Business Improvement Manager to drive its continuous improvement program across multiple regions for its growing products sector.
The Role
Newly created, this role is central to ensuring that products and services meet consistent standards of quality, safety, and efficacy across all Group companies with an initial focus on all UK companies. You will be tasked with overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems and process improvements. Leading a small team of Quality professionals, this role requires both a hands-on approach as you bring people on the continuous improvement journey, as well as a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality assurance pertaining to engineering, design, assembly, software and support. You will also play a critical role in setting and enforcing quality standards and protocols that align with industry regulations, customer expectations and best practice to ensure continuous improvement and the promotion of a high-performance culture.
