About the role
You will be joining a high-performing supply chain team based at our Twickenham office (hybrid working). Reporting to the EMEA Supply Planning Manager, in this Production Planner role, you will be responsible for the production planning, supply and availability of locally produced sku’s at contract packers, as well as liaising with various 3rd parties.
Note: This is a 10-month fixed-term contract opportunity
* Manage the production planning process for TWE locally packaged SKUs in selected sites.
* Plan and manage bulk wine orders and liaise with Contract Packer to coordinate production schedules.
* Build effective relationships with contract packer & freight forwarder which enable the resolution of issues to meet TWE customer demand.
* Support the scheduling and delivery of NPD activity within the region by ensuring bulk wine availability and production space to support NPD projects and post-launch transition to ongoing business.
* Manage bulk ordering with TWE internal and external global wine suppliers.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a couple of years’ experience in a similar production planning/supply role ideally within the FMCG industry. You will be someone who has great attention to detail and an analytical mind.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must have strong Microsoft Excel ability.
* Confident using systems such as JDE& INFOR– Or the ability to pick up these systems quickly.
* Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally to achieve results.
