Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, business development, and building strong relationships? We are recruiting a Membership & Consultancy Success Lead to manage a team supporting members across Health & Safety, Employment Law, and ISO services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and regular one-to-ones.
2. Ensure outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
3. Identify and drive business growth opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling services.
4. Manage key relationships, booking service reviews and supporting consultancy work.
5. Oversee administrative tasks, including updating CRM records, processing bookings, and generating reports.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
2. Strong customer service and sales skills, with a track record of growing client accounts.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Knowledge of Health & Safety and HR processes would be an advantage.
