Location: London Job Type: Full-time My client is seeking an Invoicing / Portal Executive to support the upload and monitoring of invoices for key accounts, including buying groups and digital customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and a keen attention to detail. This role will involve regular interaction with our customer portals to manage data uploads, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient operations. Day-to-day of the role: Take responsibility for uploading invoices onto customer portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Regularly monitor customer portals to track the status of uploaded invoices, ensuring that they are successfully processed. Address any discrepancies or issues as they arise, collaborating with other teams if necessary (accounting, finance, customer service etc). Organize data effectively. Use Excel to manage, track, and report on invoice statuses. Generate and share regular updates with relevant stakeholders. Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline the invoice upload and monitoring processes. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Basic experience or internship in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or operations position. Strong proficiency in Excel. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with other departments to resolve them.
