About your team:
You’ll work centrally within our mission control room, Centrica’s group functions, supporting various teams like Finance, Data Science, Wellbeing, and People. This is the engine of our energy system, powering our Centres of Excellence to help our businesses achieve Net Zero by 2050.

Reporting to the Director of Field Transformation, you’ll lead the development of mobile products that enable exceptional customer service while maintaining competitive costs, empowering our 6,000 Field Engineers.

The day-to-day:
* Drive discovery, development, and iteration of mobile Field products, delivering solutions and value.
* Use data and market trends to develop an effective product strategy.
* Align product strategy with company vision, representing the voice of end users.
* Collaborate with research, design, and engineering teams to define solutions.
* Manage backlog of epics and user stories, support team ceremonies.
About You:
* Recognised experience in a senior product management role.
* Strong product toolkit and problem-solving skills.
* Initiative, drive, and ability to work with ambiguity.
* Balance technical and business priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative, team-oriented, and motivating.
* Support and coach junior team members.
