We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join our team. Reporting into the Dealership Accountant, you will complete all associated administration duties related to purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles, and updating of internal sales systems.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll need a keen eye for detail and ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service during vehicle handover.
Responsibilities:
1. Completion of all sales-related documents
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are met
3. Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant
4. Recording purchases on the system
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous Sales Administration experience
2. Experience of working within a dealership
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Experience of managing your own workload
5. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
6. Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
