We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated remote personal assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
2. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
3. Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
4. Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
5. Organize files, documents, and data entry tasks.
6. Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
