We are looking for a full-time team member to join our fieldwork team as a Project Manager. At Taylor McKenzie we spend a lot of time talking to clients, participants, local recruiters and colleagues; excellent communication skills and telephone experience are essential. Job title: Project Manager Salary: £25k - £28k per year (dependent on experience) plus private medical insurance Working hours: 9.00am until 5.00pm (Full time position) Location : Glasgow City Centre. Key responsibilities · Managing multiple recruitment & fieldwork projects · Liaising with clients to understand their brief · Making market research easy Taking potential stress away from clients by organising projects for them · Building relationships with local recruiters & clients · Contributing to team goals, special projects and database development Personal Attributes • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident. • Experience working on 10 or more projects at once. • Being methodical, ability to remain calm under pressure. • Numerate and confident with Microsoft Excel. • Articulate, with excellent communication skills - both written & verbal. • Confidence in using Word and PowerPoint. • Ability to take ownership of projects and be a trusted team member. • Organised, productive, and able to work to strict deadlines. • Quality conscious with a high attention to detail. • A friendly team player.
