HSE Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures in a safe manner while maintaining high-quality work standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain HSE procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
* Participate in accident and incident investigations, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
* Support supervisors and managers in progressing investigations and implementing corrective actions.
* Lead risk assessments and safety inspections across the organization.
* Engage stakeholders in risk management processes and promote preventive actions.
* Participate in internal audits for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Monitor and measure HSE performance and prepare reports on key health and safety data.
* Develop and deliver HSE-related training programs.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
* Environmental Qualifications (e.g., IEMA).
* Experience with auditing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Driving license required for site visits and travel between locations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Estimated Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
