Contract – 6 Month Fixed Term
Shift Pattern - 10pm - 6am, Sunday night - Friday morning

In this role, you'll engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, offering expert advice tailored to their needs. Depending on the division you support, you might provide insights on skincare routines, makeup tips, nutritional guidance, protein intake, and more. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will make a difference in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
* Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
* Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice and fashion to nutrition, fitness or food and beverage.
* Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
