The Role
1. Own gross profit targets and other sales metrics
2. Schedule meetings and engage with customers
3. Build an understanding of the customer landscape, competitors, and frameworks
4. Align closely with Sales Support and other Ultima departments to deliver effective level of service to clients
5. Champion the customer/client at all levels internally
6. Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts
7. Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective onboarding of new clients
8. Focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business
9. Write business plans for all key clients
10. Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
11. Work in alignment with relevant vendors & partners
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
1. Proven IT Account Management or Territory Sales experience
2. A demonstrable background in being successful
3. Experience building relationships with a 'best outcome' focus
4. Ability to grasp business complexities
5. Work well in a team environment as well as proactively on own
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Self-motivated and looking for challenge
8. A proactive thinker who can resolve conflicts
