The Role
As the Head of HR, you will be the cornerstone of our London office's human resources operations, ensuring alignment with our global HR strategy while delivering local excellence. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the globe to drive recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and key HR projects.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborating with global HR teams to implement and localize our HR strategy.
* Talent Management: Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Employee Relations: Acting as the primary contact for employees on matters such as benefits, payroll, and workplace policies.
* Operational Excellence: Managing payroll, pensions, and benefits for the London office in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Policy Development: Assisting in the creation and refinement of HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Driving the implementation of global DEI strategies through impactful local activities.
* Global Collaboration: Leading London-specific HR projects while contributing to global initiatives.

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
