Job Title Senior Surveyor - Building Consultancy Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield are expanding their Midlands Building Consultancy team. We provide a spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse client base of both private and public sector clients. The role will mostly be focussed within Midlands, however there is opportunity to work throughout the UK. The role is an excellent opportunity to assume more responsibility, obtain experience in managing and supervising junior team members and build direct relationships with clients. The role will include working across all core Building Surveying services, as we believe individuals enjoy a more diverse and varied workload. Of course, specialising favourite service lines is also encouraged. Candidate Requirements: The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiating skills in a customer service driven, client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised, with the ability to take on heavy workloads at busy times. The candidate must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and actions and work well as part of a busy team. Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with 2-4 years post qualification experience.
