Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Events Manager to join our UK&I Events Management team to deliver a diverse range of events including internal and external corporate events, hospitality functions, and engaging webinars, and promote Experian's brand.
Reporting to the Head of Events and Creative Services you will manage the entire process—from project planning to results delivery and evaluation—while continuously trying to find ways to enhance our events. You will work with Event Sponsors, Executives and multiple functions to contribute to the delivery of annual and longer-term business objectives, allocating specific roles to colleagues to ensure seamless event execution and provide support before, during, and after each event.
Qualifications
* Expertise in end-to-end event management, including working with AV suppliers and handling production set requirements.
* Experienced in project management and financial reporting for small to medium-scale event budgets.
* Good understanding of business partnering, working with event stakeholders as a subject matter expert, translating business objectives into event solutions
* Familiar with delegate management tools, email deployment systems, event apps, and the Events, Exhibition, Incentive, and Travel Market industries.
* Planning and coordination abilities, promoting effective relationship management and collaboration within multi-functional teams to enhance audience engagement.
Please note this is a hybrid position and requires you to work in the Nottingham office 1-2 days weekly, increasing to up to 3 days in the lead up to a large event. You'll also need to be happy to travel to events across the UK and abroad on occasion (travel to events expensed), which will require flexibility in working hours.
