Salary Grade D Points 6 to 8 (£25,183 to £25,992 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £14,700.22.
Crookesbroom Primary Academy is looking to appoint an Attendance and Administration Officer to join our academy in April 2025 on a part-time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave until 27 March 2026.
As the Attendance and Administration Officer within this one form entry primary academy, you will be responsible for the administration of pupil attendance and lesson monitoring, the production of attendance charts, statistics, and evidence for penalty fines/court cases. You will provide administrative support to the academy including typing/word processing, reprographics, filing, etc., of reports, letters, and minutes of meetings as needed, as well as providing specific administrative support for finance and HR in the academy.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.
