Job Description:
We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers for children and young people, ready & able to assist with a varied load case, all with varied complexities.
Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the well-being of our Young People at heart.
The Children or Young person may be subjected to some/all of the below risk factors:
* Domestic Abuse
* Substance Abuse
* Absent Guardians
* Living With Disabilities
* Communication Barriers/ Non English Speakers
* County Lines
Our aim is to bridge the gap between care & service, meaning that we will fully entrust in yourself to provide the appropriate care to our young people, in turn you can ensure you have a team working solely on your behalf, to ensure your service expectations are met at our end.
Conflict resolution is crucial to this role. We need to ensure our workers are solution driven, with great communication skills, in order to maintain a calm, professional & caring approach, whilst in hostile situations & environments.
Report writing will be crucial to your role which is read by social services and court.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
* Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role
* Full CV inc. Employment History (Any Breaks Longer Than 2 Weeks Must be Accounted For)
* Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Childrens & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (CarePro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).
* Five Years Practical Reference History
