You will play a pivotal role in strengthening market position, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client collaboration. With a proactive and strategic approach, you will help drive sales growth, expand market presence, and contribute to European commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK logistics sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. Manage and expand existing client accounts to maximise revenue and business potential. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence. Prepare and present quotations and tender documents in collaboration with internal teams. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights. Lead contract negotiations and oversee the tender process for UK clients. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Occasional European travel required to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders. What We’re Ideally Looking For: 10-15 years of experience in logistics, preferably within bulk or temperature-controlled sectors. Proven track record in sales within the transport or logistics industry. Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, results-driven mind-set with the ability to lead strategic initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
