Salary : £75,000 - £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Discretionary Annual Bonus

About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their Aberdeen-based team. In this pivotal role, you will have responsibility for driving new business opportunities and expanding the companys presence within the European territory. You will be working with global offshore oil and gas contractors and leveraging the company's international reputation to secure high-profile contracts and build long-term relationships across the region. As the Business Development Manager for the European market, you will report directly to the Sales Director and play a critical role in securing new business, ensuring the companys continued growth within this strategic region.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a business development strategy to capture new business opportunities within the European territory, focusing on offshore oil and gas contractors.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and multinational clients across Europe.
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the offshore sector.
Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to stay ahead of business opportunities and refine strategy.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the companys growth and market expansion in Europe.
The Ideal Candidate :
At least 5+ years experience in business development or technical sales within the offshore oil and gas services sector.
Strong technical understanding of the offshore oil and gas industry and the ability to offer complex solutions to multinational clients.
Proven track record of winning new business and managing key client relationships, particularly within the European market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-motivated and target-driven professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Willingness to travel within the European territory as required.
