Job Description The Call Center Representative position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication to patients, their families, the healthcare team, and colleagues in a professional manner. The Call Center Representative partners with others within the patient services department to support client objectives. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries via phone, facilitating the resolution of service concerns, utilizing computer systems for patient meal ordering and data reconciliation, and performing clerical tasks. 12pm-10pm availability rate of pay $17 per hour. This is on-site not a remote role. This client location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Job Responsibilities o Answer inbound telephone calls from patients, families, and healthcare team o Contribute to a positive patient stay through excellent customer service and anticipating needs o Resolve customer service concerns, alerting management in a timely manner when escalation is required o Review and reconcile records for accuracy and compliance with rules and procedures of the appropriate system; resolve discrepancies in records by contacting involved entities to obtain information on the source of discrepancy, and follow through on changing any errors in documentation. o Maintains required departmental records, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures. o Utilize computer software to facilitate meal ordering o Perform routine clerical, filing, and data-entry typing tasks involved in processing varied office materials At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills required o Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills o Demonstrates organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail o Computer Experience – Windows and MS Office preferred. Ability to learn new software programs and telephone system. o Work requires three months of experience in general office support or a customer service role.
