Role and Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of your assigned class.
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for learning.
-Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support their growth.
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop cohesive schemes of work and share best practices.
-Attend staff meetings, contribute to the school community, and participate in extracurricular activities.
-Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
-Passion for primary education and a dedication to fostering a love of learning in young students.
-Ability to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
