Responsibilities: Ensure delivery of quality releases in a timely manner on customer engagementsWork within team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers, and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practicesCoordinate with the development team to ensure all bug fixes are checked-in; environments are stable and ready for use; customer communication is ongoing and open; and releases are properly tested, documented, and validatedDefine test strategies, plans, test cases, tasks, and estimates as well as execute tests to meet stakeholder requirementsDevelop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specificationsPerform in-depth, detailed investigations into quality issues to discover root causes, and then work closely with the development team to develop solutions that resolve the issueWork closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to test product functionality rigorously and investigate all potential product test failuresWrite functional test scripts, conduct functional testing, capture test results, and validate defect fixesOwn and deliver on the overall process and reporting including test results delivery, analysis reports, logs, and key metricsActively participate in design and sprint planning sessions offering inputs from a QA perspectiveProduce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience, especially in B2B implementationStrong telecom domain experience including network productsStrong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycleStrong experience with test software and tools, such as JiraExtensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testingTenaciously skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detailExtensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testingProven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environmentTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent Preferred Skills: Experience working with test automation platforms, such as Selenium and PythonExperience configuring SalesforceSalesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant)
