Role: Mince Packer
Salary: £12.67 per hour
Shift: 12 hours shift

Key responsibilities as a Mince Packer will be to:
1. Packing the mince into the frames.
2. Ensuring the product quality is met and the weight of the frames are correct.
3. Responsible for clean as you go and wash down of their area when needed.
4. To be flexible in working, as there is a requirement to work in various line positions, and areas of the factory.
5. To ensure full conformance to all safety rules, and all practices comply with Health and Safety policies and training.
6. To ensure the product is handled correctly and efficiently, ensuring the visual standard of the product is achieved, including distribution, and that correct quantities conform to line specifications.
7. To ensure that the targets for the line are met, specifically safety, quality, service and cost.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Mincing Operative will include:
