We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Admin Temp to join our team for a temporary period. Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative support to the school office. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications. Assist with student records and data entry. Manage appointments and schedules. Support the coordination of school events and activities. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and mailing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to the school’s values.
