Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with potential clients, providing them with information about our products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up processes. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company during all interactions. Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation efforts. Experience Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not essential. Experience in an office environment is essential. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for effective lead generation.
