Process customer orders accurately and update relevant systems. Handle returns and credit note requests, ensuring efficient processing. Take customer payments and ensure accurate record-keeping. Answer incoming calls and manage general customer service duties. Ensure all customer information is updated and maintained accurately in the system. Provide general administrative support as required. Required Skills & Experience: Experience in customer service and administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to stay proactive and organised in a fast-paced environment. Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to varying demands.
