Good with people? Love being hands-ons in hotel operations? If you can stay cool under pressure, you could make it as an Assistant General Manager at Welcome Break.
You’ll support the Hotel General Manager in leading the Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance team to deliver a memorable experience for our guests whilst driving profitable sales growth.
In return, you’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your career with the potential to progress to more senior management roles.

A Welcome Break Assistant General Manager would ideally:
