Description Grade and Salary: Grade 4 (£22,044.88 - £24,069.76 pro rata) FTE and working pattern: Part time - 0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours, shift based, evening and weekend work will be required. Purpose of Role: Oriam is looking to appoint enthusiastic tennis coaches that are passionate about coaching on a programme at brand new six court facility. Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery of Oriam tennis coaching sessions as per programme and coaching curriculum. Record attendance at classes and fill out necessary paperwork for Go Learn. As per LTA requirements, attend regular CPD to develop skills and experiences. Education, Qualifications & Experience: These are the criteria on which the short-listing and recruitment selection will be made Essential Qualified to LTA Level 2 Coaching Award. Accredited to LTA Accredited. Proven experience in tennis coaching, possessing the personality, initiative and energy to take on this key role. Excellent customer service skills, through effective communication in a positive, influential and timely manner across a range of communications. Commitment to work regular mornings, evenings and weekends, as per programme schedule. Competent in the use of relevant IT packages. Desirable Qualified to LTA Level 3 Demonstratable commitment to developing personal and technical skills out with main tennis coaching pathway.
